Regeneration with Local Business

STAGE 1: ASSESSING THE POTENTIAL
British Business Parks will meet with you and help you to identify and assess the potential
for regeneration in your particular area.

STAGE 2: BUSINESS PARKS IN PRACTICE
British Business Parks can organise a visit to established business parks that have
embraced regeneration. The professionally run day visit allows interested parties from any
given area - local authorities, business leaders and business support agencies - the
opportunity to see the benefits and discuss the opportunities with key business leaders
and relevant staff.

STAGE 3: YOUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE REVEALED
British Business Parks will undertake a baseline survey of businesses on your site. We
can assess the potential for job creation, security improvements, environmental and
landscaping opportunities, contracts and services benefits, and development
opportunities.
We will then present the findings in a detailed and comprehensive report with
recommendations.

STAGE 4: YOUR BUSINESS PARK IMPLEMENTED
The implementation of the recommendations from Stage 3 allows British Business Parks
to customise a comprehensive and structured implementation plan to suit your local
requirements. The services include full project management, co-ordination of relevant
partners, problem solving and ongoing support to enable you to regenerate your business
community efficiently; e.g.

  • Organise the production of a “masterplan”
  • Establish partnership links.
  • Identify and engage local business leaders.
  • Identify funding opportunities and assisting the development of a comprehensive funding package.
  • Establish business regeneration and improvement forum.
  • Implementation of projects and services that will help ensure the Business Park’s success
  • Appointment of a Co-ordinator.
  • The services on offer are flexible and adaptable to suit individual requirements. The costs for these important services will therefore be calculated and individual project plans will be devised accordingly.
